detect the expression changes of PT,APTT,TT,and FIB,and the DD method was used to detect D-Dimer,TXB2,6-Keto-The expression of PGF1αchanges.3.The effect of five massage methods on the hemorheology of DVT rats.Rats in each group were taken for intervention for 3 days and 10 days later,and the blood samples were collected by automatic hemorheology analyzer to detect the changes of low-cut,medium-cut,high-cut and plasma viscosity of DVT rats.From the three aspects of ultrasound,blood coagulation,fibrinolysis,and blood rheology,the comprehensive analysis of the effect of the five shows that there are no risks for DVT rats with five massage methods.2 Blood coagulation and fibrinolysis showed that after 3 days of intervention with massage,the method of spotting,pushing and pulling on DVT rats is highly safe,but after 10 days of intervention,there are certain risks in pointing,pushing and pulling;3 days,10 days at two time points,dial method,rubbing method on DVT rats are risky.3 Hemorrheology showed that there are no risks for DVT rats with five massage methods.The five-point massage method,point method,and pulling method are highly safe for early intervention of DVT rats,but as the number of intervention days increases,point method,pushing method,and pulling method also have certain risks;dialing method and kneading method There is a risk of acting on DVT rats.It is recommended that the treatment of deep venous thrombosis in the clinical use of soft methods such as point method and pushing method,and the dial method and the rubbing method be used with
