A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lung Cancer By Directional Drug Penetration Of Jianpi Decoction Combined With Fuzheng Quxie Decoction

ObjectiveBased on TCM symptoms,quality of life,immune indicators and tumor markers in lung cancer patients such as indicators of observetion,to explore which provided“simple,convenient and inexpensive for lung cancer treatment”.Therapeutic methods of acupuncture and treatment,enriching and developing the theory and practice of treating traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer.MethodAccording to a completely randomized group,87 patients with lung cancer were divided into treatment group(Fu Zheng Qu Xie + acupoint application group)in the control group(Fu Zheng Qu Xie group),4 cases were shedding,42 cases in the treatment group and 41 patients in the control group,4 weeks for a course of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment to assess clinical efficacy,quality of life,immune function,tumor indicators and medication safety observation.Result(1)Improvement of clinical symptoms: Compared with the control group,the treatment group can effectively improve the symptoms of cough,expectoration,fatigue,loss of appetite and insomnia(P<0.05).The symptoms of chest tightness and dryness of mouth and pharynx in both groups were improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.48% and 73.17%,respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)To improve the quality of life: after treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The average ranks of the KPS scores after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were 42.98 and 41.00 respectively,and the value of higher should be better.(3)In terms of improving immune function: CD4 of lung cancer patients before treatment was significantly lower than that in healthy people(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group could significantly improve CD4 and IL-2levels in lung cancer patients(P<0.05);there was no significant regulation effect on CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8,CD19,NK,IL-1 and IL-10(P>0.05).(4)Improvement of tumor markers: The CEA of the tumor markers in both groups was higher than that before treatment.Compared with the control group,the CEA in the treatment group was lower,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the other tumor indicators in the group before and after the comparison(P>0.05).(5)There were no significant differences in blood routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese Medicine Jianpi Recipe Acupoint Application for the Treatment of Lung Cancer has certain adjuvant therapeutic effects in improving clinical symptoms of patients',improving quality of life,improving immune system and stabilizing tumor markers,and is safe,easy to operate and worthy of clinical promotion.
