disorders.Theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)although discusses the anger emotion and liver related,but about anger emotion characteristics and physiological mechanism of rarely discussed.The definition of anger by cognitive psychologists is that a feeling of unhappiness or hostility is not satisfied with the performance of a desire for a certain kind of desire.Anger is one of the basic emotions of psychology,anger is very important to the level of physical and mental health and social function,the current study found that the susceptibility of neurotic and negative emotions.Psychology believes that emotions are regulated by two aspects of the periphery and the central nervous system.Peripheral mechanism is mainly affected by the autonomic nervous system,the autonomic nervous system by the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system activity regulating body of emotional response;central mechanism is mainly regulated by the brain control circuit and is closely related to the emergence of limbic system in the brain,the cerebral cortex,hippocampus,hypothalamus,prefrontal cortex and emotion.Above is the psychological study on the mechanism of emotion,but for the study of the mechanism of specific emotions yet clear research,many scholars are committed to explore different kinds of emotion mechanism specialization pattern.This study by means of experiment technology of modem psychology,cut from the healthy people,study the physiological condition features of anger and the intrinsic mechanism of its and the relationship between the dredging and regulating functions of the liver.Through the screening of high and low neuroticism healthy subjects who were given Angry Video induced experiment,comparison of high and Iow neuroticism subjects anger features observed the number of peripheral nervous system indicators and analysis effects of neuroticism on expression of anger,to investigate the effect of dredging and regulating functions of the liver of anger.Objective:1.Analysis of the characteristics and differences of anger emotion induced by high and low nervous healthy female college students.2 To explore the effect of nervousness on anger.3 Explore the effect of liver function function of anger induced.Methods:1 Screening and grouping of healthy volunteersWith Beck Anxiety Scale,Beck Depression Inventory,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire short form table Chinese version,menstrual situation questionnaire,subject group self health questionnaire,questionnaire survey was conducted among female students of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine,and combining with the physical examination,according to the definition of related health of who,from the body,mental and social dimensions of screening healthy and without depression and anxiety disorders,menstrual regularity of healthy subjects,were screened volunteered to participate in this study subjects 50 people,according to the original score of the neuroticism scale grouping.High neuroticism group n is more than or equal to 6 points and BDI is equal to or more than 5 points,and low neuroticism group n is equal to or Iess than 1 minute and BDI is less than of equal to 1 minute,spss20.0 application software on the investigation table was used for data entry and analysis.2 Anger emotion video experimentSelect Beijing Normal University characteristics:anxiety and depression scores higher,common sigh,tired,afraid of the cold,eyes uncomfortable,head discomfort,epigastric discomfort,dizziness,stool dilute pond?aching and limp,palpitation etc.body unwell symptom;common emotional anxiety,tension,worry,sentimental,worried,worried poor social adaptability,like the quiet,relatively easy to forget things.The peak of cortisol appears in the wake of 30min.2 Comparison of induced state of anger videoAfter watching the video,the two groups in mood,pulse,respiration,blood pressure,blood glucose,transcutaneous electrical and hormone have differences in different degrees.?Emotional expression:the two groups of anger,the anger of the lower nervous group score difference than high nervous group.The subjective feelings of anger were more obvious in low neurotic group.? The blood glucose of two groups decreased blood glucose levels,high neuroticism group decreased blood glucose levels greater than low neuroticisms.?The blood pressure:the blood pressure of the two groups were increased,low rneuroticisms blood pressure high neuroticism group's blood pressure increase.?skin electricity:the skin electric level of the low nervous group increased rapidly,the level of the skin electricity of the high nervous group was small,and the electric level of the low nervous group was higher than that of the high nervous group.?The heart rate and respiratory frequency:no difference in heart rate and respiratory frequency in the two groups.?The hormone levels:low neuroticism group anger scores and GC change before and after the video was negatively correlated,the GC levels decreased after the video.During the recovery period returned to baseline levels.The GC level of the high nervous group decreased slightly after the video,and the level of GC increased in the recovery phase,and the increase was smaller.The change of GC value,there is a certain correlation with pulse,respiration,heart rate,blood pressure and other indicators.Conclusion:The high and low nervous crowd is not the same as the performance of the body.High neuroticism group showed more negative emotions and physical discomfort,high neuroticism group awakening cortisol peak appeared early and low,from the Chinese medicine theory analysis of high neuroticism group similar and catharsis liver function is less than the state.There was a difference in the expression of anger in the high and low neurotic groups.After watching the video,anger low scores of neuroticism group;increased cortisol levels low neuroticism and high neuroticism decreased slightly,high neuroticisms cortisol levels higher than low neuroticisms;skin conductance level low neuroticism group increased rapidly,high neuroticisms skin electrical level decreased slightly,skin conductance level high neuroticisms at a high level;the main wave amplitude low neuroticism group decreased slightly,the main wave amplitude but higher than that of high neuroticism group;the two groups were increased blood pressure and hemoglobin,variation of low neuroticism than high neuroticism group,two groups of blood glucose decreased,the decline was less than low neuroticisms high neuroticisms;heart rate variability low neuroticism increased heart rate variability high neuroticisms decline.There were differences in the regulation mechanism of peripheral nervous system in the high and low neurotic groups.After the anger inducing,The aorta and aortic compliance of the low nervous group are good,The increase of peripheral resistance of the blood vessels in the high nervous crowd after video stimulation;Higher HPA axis activity was higher in the high neurotic group,The sympathetic nervous system in the high nervous group was slower than that in the Iow nervous system;High nervous autonomic nervous system is relatively low,high nervous system activity is relatively strong.
