On The Spiritual Signs Of Giacometti's Concrete Expressionism

Alberto Giacometti is a famous representational artist in the western world during the 20 thcentury,who pursues the essence of things in his artistic creation and conveys his thinking and comprehension of the world via his unique art symbols and personalized art language.This paper studies the artistic spirit of Giacometti from four aspects.Taking giacometti as an example,this paper makes a concrete analysis,which more intuitively reflects the spiritual connotation of representational expressionism.This paper focuses on the study of giacometti's viewing method and philosophical trend of thought,and interprets giacometti's artistic spirit from the perspective of formal language and artistic concept,as well as its inspiration to contemporary artistic creation.This article is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the outline of the spirit of western figurative expressionism,specifically introduces the concept and formation background of the spirit of figurative expressionism,as well as the connotation and development context of figurative expressionism.The second part introduces the creation concept of giacometti's figurative expressionism spirit,respectively,from giacometti's visual mode of figurative expressionism spirit,giacometti's creative ideas and giacometti's spirit orientation of figurative expressionism art.The third part introduces the research of giacometti's figurative expressionism spirit visualization,discusses giacometti's modeling language,space presentation and the trace of repeated experiments in detail.The fourth part introduces the artistic spirit of giacometti and its inspiration to later generations and its influence on Chinese art.
