A Study Of Gender Narration In The TV Series On Revolutionary History In The New Century

The theme of revolutionary history always occupies an important position in contemporary Chinese literary creation,and it is also an important field of television drama creation.With the changes of social and cultural contexts and the differences in the discourse ages,TV dramas of revolutionary historical themes also show distinctive stage differences.Since the new century,a new wave of revolutionary historical themes has become the most popular cultural hotspo t in the contemporary era with the help of television media.In a sense,the prosperity of the new century in the theme of the revolutionary history highlights the vitality and opportunity for development.However,on the other hand,revolutionary historical dramas are also facing new difficulties.The historical drama TV series of revolutionary history expresses more vividly the historical logic of the new era,typically presenting a clear social symptom and a “new” representation system.The gender narrative has been rewritten in the historical context since the new century.Change has become one of the most prominent features of television dramas in revolutionary history.There has been a tremendous change in the identity of women in the consumer age.This change reveals the trajectory of social ideology.This thesis will be discussed from three aspects:The first part starts with the gender imagination of revolutionary historical drama.we pointed out that the changes in male and female images and the construction of new gender structures have new gender inequality.It still actually follows the gender stereotypes and traditional gender culture conventions in society.The second part,three aspects of the desire of the imagination of the body,the commercialization of love,and the rebuilding of the new national imagination will deeply discuss the changes in the gender narrative strategies of TV dramas of the revolutionary historical theme since the new century.In the third part,I will reflect on the predicament of gender narrative in TV dramas of revolutionary history in order to explore a reasonable solution in the future.In short,the gender narrative in the television drama of the revolutionary historical theme in the new century is on the one hand transcending the unified gender order.However,new gender relations may also create new gender inequality.It is a cultural mirror created by the new power structure under the influence of consumerism,and it is also reconstructing the gender order.How to deal with the new predicament is one of the issues to be solved in the television dramas of the current revolutionary history.
