Hobson Benjamin writings QuanTiXinLun,it is an important promotion to the development of modern western medicine in our country start,this book is a collection of the western medicine books and pictures,by the British missionary Hobson Benjamin with Chen Xiutang and Zhou Litang from China.This book is the first systematic explanation of anatomy in modern times,and it is also the first published in China to introduce the western physiological anatomy.In this paper on the basis of the QuanTiXinLun,arrangement and analysis of the medical vocabulary in the book,combination of theory application,fully uses the method of linguistics research,describes the distribution of medical terminology and types.At the same time,this article combines the diachronic and synchronic,and traditional Chinese medical books,the books missionary medical literature,since the founding of the Ming and Qing dynasties contrasted the medical literature,shows the evolution of modern Chinese medical terms,also explores the characteristics and evolution law of modern Chinese medicine.In this paper,the author studies and analyzes five aspects such as the general appearance,relationship,characteristics,causes,evolution and evolution of medical terms.The first chapter mainly defines medical terms,and describes the medical terms in QuanTiXinLun in detail,and there are more than 700 medical terms in the translation of 30,000 words.The second chapter basically uses the language classification method,the medical term is divided into 20 context,also introduced the QuanTiXinLun terms of three major relations,hierarchy,terminology,and isotopic relationship.At the same time,we also enumerate some medical terminologies that cannot be generalized.The third chapter mainly describes the complex characteristics of medical terms,mainly in terms of the category and relationship.At the same time,the causes of this complexity are analyzed from two aspects of language internal and external factors.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the development of medical terms in QuanTiXinLun from the perspective of evolution.The representative works of Shijiazhuang,TaiXiRenShenShuoGai,YingHuaZi Dian,YiLinGaiCuo,JinXianDaiCiYuan and RenTiJiePouXuan(the fourth edition)have been selected,which are compared and analyzed with the terms of QuanTiXinLun.Chapter five mainly analyzes the inheritance and development of medical terms of QuanTiXinLun.The evolution of medical terms is introduced in terms of the increase of new medical terms and language style from subjective to objective and terms from confusion to unification.It also describes the implications of the unification of modern medical terminology.
