Teacher element is the core of the "three element of education ".With the development of the international education in Chinese,it attracts more and more attention.In teaching Chinese as the foreign language,teachers play role of presenter and guide.As a good communicator,a good guide is the goal for development of teacher.However,what should be given to students?How to lead students and where they should be guided?These are all important tasks.In terms of language teachers,the key to solve these problems is to exert power of language.At present,many experts and scholars have put forward suggestions on how to enhance quality of Mandarin Chinese teachers,which have far-reaching effects.However,there are not many in-depth studies on language quality.Language quality is one of the major categories in quality of teachers.As the language teachers,language quality of Mandarin Chinese teachers can directly reflect teaching level.Moreover,the survey shows that teachers' Chinese language proficiency and ability are one of the most important qualities.If we can further analyze and explore language quality of Mandarin Chinese teachers,we can not only get good teaching results,but also obtain respect of students,which are more conducive to development of Chinese international education.This dissertation aims at discussion of language qualities and training of Mandarin Chinese teachers,which are mainly divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces related concepts to clarify discussion scope,and then analyzes reasons of the topic and the significance of research,reviews existing achievements,and presents the research methods.The second chapter is the main part.Combining with teaching practice,it discusses language qualities Mandarin Chinese teachers should have,including practicality of the teaching content,more elaborate language comparison,appropriate emotional expression,situational language expression and open language inclusive awareness.The third chapter analyzes necessity and feasibility of developing language qualities of Mandarin Chinese teachers so as to enhance their sense of urgency.The fourth chapter focuses on factors that affect formation of language qualities of Mandarin Chinese teachers,which is divided into two aspects:unfavorable factors and favorable factors.Based on analysis of previous chapters,the fifth chapter puts forward ways and methods of cultivating language qualities,mainly explains from two aspects:learning and practice.The last part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes research contents and shortcomings of this study.
