The Relationship Between Anxiety Of Children Aged 3-6 And Parental Rearing Styles

Anxiety is one of the most common and serious forms of psychopathology in children's common problems.It refers to an unhappy experience of children's external events or internal thoughts and feelings,which affects the development of children's socialization and endangers children's physical and mental health to a large extent.Children's anxiety is influenced by many factors.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have discussed the problem of child anxiety,and found that children's anxiety is closely related to parental rearing.Parents are the first teachers of children.They are the objects of children's imitation and study.They play an indispensable role in the process of children's growth.Parents' attitudes,feelings,responsibilities and behaviors directly reflect their parental rearing patterns and nurturing pressure,and directly affect children's mental health.Therefore,what is the anxiety state of children aged 3-6,how the relationship between parental rearing patterns,nurturing pressure and children's anxiety is related is the main problem to be discussed in this study.In this study,342 children aged 3-6 years old and their parents were investigated by the method of measurement and interview.The characteristics of child anxiety and parental rearing patterns and nurturing pressure were investigated,and the differences and correlations between them were analyzed.Finally,based on this,we further explore the relationship between the three,take parental rearing pressure as an intermediary,and investigate the relationship between anxiety and parental rearing styles of 3-6 year olds.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.3-6 years old children's anxiety in children's gender,age and whether there is a significant difference between the only child and parents' salary and other demographic factors;in all dimensions of children's anxiety,physical injury anxiety scores the highest,followed by social fear,separation anxiety,general anxiety,obsessive compulsive disorder.The protection of children2.Dimensions of anxiety and parental rearing style of concerns,refused to deny,punishment orientation was positively related with the encouragement of independence was not relative;pressure is positively associated with parenting difficulties children anxiety,parental rearing parent-child interaction in disorder,pressure.3.Dimensions of parenting stress in the father,father concern father's rejection,father punish and children's anxiety,father parent-child dysfunctional interaction plays a full mediating effect between denial and anxiety in children's father refused,the final play intermediary role between father and punish children with anxiety.Father stress children's pressure dimensions play a complete mediating role between father protection concerns,father denial and child anxiety,and play a partial mediating role between father punishment orientation and children's anxiety.4.The dimension of parental anxiety in maternal nurturing pressure plays a complete mediating role between maternal rejection and child anxiety,and plays a partial mediating role between maternal protection anxiety and child anxiety.The dimension of mother child interaction imbalance has a complete mediating effect between mother's refusal to deny and deny.The stress dimension of mother's difficult children has a complete mediating effect between the mother's refusal to deny and the anxiety of the children.Finally,suggestions are made for 3-6 years old children's anxiety and parental rearing:(1)parents adopt positive upbringing to reduce children's anxiety.(2)parents need to relieve their self-nurturing pressure,so as to reduce the incidence of anxiety.(3)Kindergartens should be concerned about parents and children's mood and enhance their psychological adjustment ability.
