Research On Different Models Of Charitable Organizations In The Republic Of China

The Xiangshan Kindergarten and the Yantai Sanatorium are boththe first-ever charitable organizations in the first half of the 20th century.They are faced with natural and man-made disasters,and many poor children in the society are u nsuccessful.The two organizations have established a sense o f mission.After the establishment of the two charities,the y established a mature management organization,formulated a large number of articles of association and regulations,esta blished a system for the upbringing of infants and young ch ildren into adulthood,and established manual factories to so lve student work and made considerable charitable accomplishme nts.This article continues to draw conclusions in the compa rison:the exploration of the development environment and dif ferent models of the charitable organizations in the Republic of China,mainly analyzing the development environment of c haritable organizations-the increase in the number of chil dren with natural disasters resulting in the number of hards hips;the inability of government reliance to rely on privat e forces;the development of industry and commerce provides a material basis.The Republic of China charitable organizati ons can be broadlY divided into two categories:Run by private person with official ' s help and Run by private person with private help.Comparing the sources of funding for the Xiangshan Kinder garten and the Yantai Sanatorium,it can be seen that the former is a privately funded charitable organization,and the latter is a non-governmental charitable organization.Compari ng the differences between the origins of the two institutes and their history of development.From a vertical perspecti ve,we exame the historical trends of the development of th e two houses.The cause of the birth of the Xiangshan Kind ergarten was Beijing's floods in 1917,and the Yantai Sana torium emerged as the task of the Red Dragonfly Club' s per manent and charitable business with the relief' of orphaned i nfants.From the timeline and trajectory of the development of the two organizations,it is easy to see that the devel opment of the Xiangshan Kindergarten was suddenly on the ris e,and the Yantai Sanatorium was a steady stream.Comparing the organizational structure of the two chambers and analyz ing the differences in the organizational structure and the rules and regulations of the two hospitals,the Xiangshan Ki ndergarten,despite its well-organized organizational structure,was not ideal in actual operations.Xiong Xiling was faile d after many reforms.The organization and organization of t he Yantai Sanatorium is very simple and straightforward,but it is quick and effective in actual operation.The two re-forms of the organizations make the function of each instit ution of this organization more close to reality.Comparing the source of funding of the two organizations,this article compares the different development history of the two house s,intercepts several important historical nodes,analyzes the sources of funding for survival,and points out that the experience of the Xiangshan Kindergarten has undergone a gr eat ups and downs,but the early period of abundant governm ent funding was insufficient,due to the insufficient self-fina ncing ability of the funds,they are still unable to boom.Because of its small scale,the Yantai Nursing Home reli ed on the Red Dragonfly Association to fund and contribute to its members.Later it relied on industrial self-finance to achieve its own independent surplus and had a strong v itality.Comparing the Kindergarten Education of the two orga nizations,juvenile sources,teachers,infant and child care,education methods and curriculum setting point of view,Xia ngshan Kindergarten' s child sources face the whole country,including many children of Manchu and noble families and ric h families;teachers implement the appointment system;In ter ms of infant and child care,experience and methodological s cience;advanced methods of teaching methods are also strictl y enforced in accordance with international standards.In con trast,Yantai Institutes is much inferior,and they have t o go to Xiangshan Kindergarten to learn the experience in t he first few years of this organization.In terms of educ ational achievements,the Yantai Institute for the Defence of the Children is mainly to save children and teach them to earn a living.The Xiangshan Kindergarten is the real impl ementation of the“Education for a Healthy People." The tw o organizations can draw on the advantage of the Chinese an d Western in the Kindergarten education to raise children in the oganization.A comprehensive look at the achievements of Xiangshan Kin dergarten in the education is better than Yantai Sanatorium.Comparing the charity results of the two schools,the char ity performances of the Xiangshan Kindergarten and the Yantai Sanatorium are prominent,but the focus is different.The Yantai Sanatorium is a comprehensive organization.Since its establishment,it has undertaken Yantai Red Dragonfly characte rs.The permanent charity will be saved for vulnerable group s such as solitary,infantile,disabled,deaf,and laborers.The Xiangshan Kindergarten has given priority to the provis ion of complete education for the relief of children living in poverty,and has given relief to education.Judging from the different developmement results of the two ho spitals,the rapid development of the Xiangshan Kindergarten early in the period benefited from the government's strong f unding,but the decline of the latter period was also due to the lack of government's funding,reflecting the lack of resilience of the Kindergarten..In the face of the turm oil in the political situation,the Yantai Sanatorium has su fficient financial support,and on the other hand,it has survived by relying on industry of itself.The Xiangshan K indergarten was extremely overwhelming.The Yantai Institute w as responding to the times and responding to the times.It came to the conclusion that today' s charity organizations should follow in their development operations:No matter whet her the government helps the people to help charity organiza tions,the first thing to do is to have a stable source o f funds;There must be practical rules and regulations in pra ctice;as a charitable relief organization,not only can peo ple be saved,but they must be able to save themselves.
