The provincial governor is the supervisory official who was originally set up by the Emperor Wu of Han to strengthen centralization and clarify the government.He is the officer of the emperor's eyes and ears,and he has a heavy weight.The history of the provincial governor comes from the history of imperial guards of the Qin Dynasty.Since the Wudi Yuan Feng was placed in charge of the provincial governor in the early five years,it became a formal system in the Han Dynasty after the government took power in the state of Chaga.However,with the passage of time,changes in the political environment,the provincial governorship system is constantly changing and developing.In the last two Hans,the Central Government continued to change its stabbing history to state animal husbandry,and the state of Shu state to restore the provincial governor,or to present the state of provincial governorship and animal husbandry,until the destruction of the Eastern Han Dynasty.The system of the provincial governor is the product of the centralization of monarchy in the Han Dynasty.Its role is to find out whether the policies and regulations stipulated by the Central Government have been implemented by setting the provincial governor of the emperor's eyes and ears.Whether or not a huge bureaucratic administrative institution is under the emperor's control.under.Its purpose is to weaken local power and strengthen centralization.In the five years(106BC),Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty established a provincial governor-monitoring system.During the initial period of its establishment,the provincial governorship system was effective.It played a role in restraining the mighty power,improving governance,and maintaining centralized authority.However,it continued to walk with theprovincial governor.In places,intervening in local administration,the provincial governor gradually shifted from the supervisory officer to the local chief executive,manifesting itself in weakened supervision power and increased local administrative power,which eventually resulted in separatist separatism.At the end of the Han Dynasty,the development of the provincial governorship system showed an overall political trend,that is,the centralization of power was continuously weakened,and the separatist forces continued to increase.So,the provincial governor was set up for the monarch's centralization of power.Why did it have such a bad influence on the centralization of power in the Han Dynasty? This historical experience and lessons are worthy of summing up,that is,a question of a political system.
