Chinese characters is one of the biggest barriers to learning Chinese for foreign students,especially those who are not in Chinese culture circles.Non Chinese characters circle of students are effected by native language of alphabets.As long as they can spell the words,they will know the pronunciation.And after thousands years of development,Chinese characters including shape,sound and meaning.These three parts are not same as alphabetic language that direciyt contact with pronunciation.So learning Chinese have to learning the pronunciation of Chinese characters to meaning,and to shape.Combination of the three parts are inseparable.Although Chinese characters is not completely phonography,Chinese characters in pictophonetic characters account for a large proportion in phonetic sound symbols.Phonogram has the pronunciation of the Chinese characters,so the study of the phonetic signs for students of non Chinese characters were more important for the cultural circle.In the concrete teaching practice,the author finds that the senior Korean students have better grasp of the Chinese characters than the students in the non Chinese culture circle.Compared with Korean and Japanese students,the learning consciousness of phonetic symbols is relatively late in the non Chinese character culture circle,which is also a neglected aspect in the teaching of Chinese characters.Voice information is a very important part of Chinese character system,and lack of relevant voice knowledge makes overseas students lack the information that is important and available in Chinese character recognition.On the other hand,the phonetic sound symbol tone is limited,and there are a lot of irregular situation,accurate phonetic rate is very low,how to make full use of effective phonetic rules of phonetic signs,and reduce the tone of the sound of obstacles,so as to improve the efficiency of teaching Chinese characters is the focus of this paper.This paper based on the Development Chinese Primary Comprehensive vocabulary materials,formulate corresponding table for students to learn in short-term,also for the teacher use of Development of Chinese Primary Comprehensive to provide reference.There are five chapters in this article.The first chapter is the introduction part,including the reasons and background,briefly introduces the current academic research on Chinese characters of the phonetic signs,as well as how to carry out the research on the teaching of foreign Chinese characters sound symbols of design etc.The second chapter mainly adout analysis of relevant information to determine the specific standard of phonogram.And determine the phonetic sign sound standards studies in detail.The third chapter is the main part of this paper,mainly about phonetic analysis based on the Development of Chinese Primary Comprehensive.Made the form about direct phonetic relations pictophonetic indirect relationship between phonetic form,laying a theoretical foundation for further study and put forward the teaching strategies of foreign Chinese characters.Through data analysis and sorting,it is found that there are many reasons for the difficulty in using phonetic symbols to learn phonograms in non Chinese culture circles.The fourth chapter is analysis of questionnaire survey about Chinese characters from non cultural circle.The questionnaire designed learning pictophonetic strategy.The data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed.In the fifth chapter,put forward corresponding teaching foreign Chinese characters teaching strategy.The teaching strategy of "non Chinese culture circle" and the strategy of writing textbooks are mainly included.This chapter puts forward the suggestions for the use of phonetic characters in Appendix 2.
