In Chinese,intangible cultural heritage is not only the human civilization traces its origins to a single presence status contains precious Chinese national spirit and artistic te mperament.Therefore,from the intangible cultural heritage can be seen in the character of a nation,nature and national integrity.It is very important toexplore and protect the i ntangible cultural heritage.Intangible cultural heritage is usually formed by relatively lon g time history,so the performance of the intangible cultural heritage theme need to grou p the structure of time and space to pinch the benefits.With the appropriate lens langua ge of the documentary film,the story of the intangible cultural heritage can be true,app ropriate,and can be seen to show.This article includes four chapters.Firstly,the first part is the data research and ana lysis of the current status of the documentary market,combined with the analysis of rese arch status at home and abroad to clarify the necessity of the study of this subject.Th e first chapter introduces the main object of this study,namely intangible cultural heritage and intangible documentary film,through the detailed classification of intangible cultural heritage,it shows that documentary is the carrier of the diversification of intangible cult ural heritage.The second chapter introduces the theme of the article,it shows the new fo rm of documentary lens language from the aspects of early acquisition and post-processin g.The third chapter,combined with artistic theory and practical cases,emphasizes the cre ativity of montage in the use of lens language.Chapter four returns to the relationship b etween documentary and intangible cultural heritage,and emphasizes the value and signifi cance of documentary in the protection of intangible cultural heritage through the lens la nguage.Documentary is a combination of visual and auditory art,but also a combination of time art and space art.Although the story of the documentary film is not compact,but t he authenticity of the story can often make the film more shocking.To embody the the authenticity of the story,is depend on the power of lens language and the lens language is an important part of audio-visual language.With the rapid development of technology,the quality of the lens language is also gradually improved,which also greatly improves the audience's viewing experience.
