Danto's “the end of art” extends to China.Liu Yuedi's nominal interpretation of “end” and Zhou Xian's analysis of the end of art from the perspective of modernity,Pan Gongkai's normality and abnormality all expand and enrich the connotation of Chinese aesthetics.It is not limited to the discussion of the topic of “artistic conclusion” itself,which also permeates in the thinking of Chinese art and has a profound influence on the development of Chinese art.The method of research literature was used to first examine the ideological connotation and origin of Danto's “the end of art” theory,and specifically analyzed domestic scholars' views on the end of art,focusing on three aspects: What is the end of art? Will art end?
