With the rapid development of the Internet, teenagers have become the main force of the network world. The widespread use of the Internet makes young people not only in the access to unlimited convenience, but also face a lot of bad information erosion, resulting in the deviation of network behavior. In the network environment, individuals still have to abide by the social rules.Their behaviors deviating from social norms and their unreasonable use of the Internet in the process of using the network which hinder their social adaptation, are called network problem behaviors.Erickson's theory of stage development states that the primary task of adolescence is to form the identity of the individual and establish meaningful relationships.Shyness as a personality trait, there is no good or bad.But the effects on individuals are mixed.Shyness hinders the development of individual social contact.Shy teenagers are afraid to express themselves in public because they have few friends and lack necessary social contacts. They are difficult to establish good interpersonal relationships with others. The anonymity, convenience and immediacy of the Internet can help shy individuals establish interpersonal relationships through the Internet, make up for the lack of communication in real life, and obtain more social support. However, the long-term use of the Internet will make the teenagers have less communication with teachers, classmates, parents and friends and become more indifferent to the real interpersonal relationship. In the virtual world, the anonymity of the Internet makes it unnecessary for teenagers to restrain their words and behaviors, which is quite different from the requirements in real life.Self-identity can not be guided by stable standards, and its poor coordination ability and low cognitive level make it easy to lead to the confusion of self-identity,and then affect the normal development of its personality. In the online world, teenagers are exposed to bad information for a long time and lack the ability of discrimination and self-control.They are easy to lose themselves, have a negative impact on themselves and lose the moral standard.Theimproper use of the Internet will bring serious physical and mental health problems to teenagers. In recent years, the problem of Internet behavior has shown a significant growth trend among teenagers.Teenagers are the vital force of social development, and adolescence is also an important period of individual development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors affecting adolescents' problem network behavior from the perspective of their shyness, gender and loneliness, and to provide suggestions for guiding adolescents to use the network rationally. This study used college students' shyness scale, loneliness scale, online bullying scale,PIU scale and online game scale, and selected 5130 teenagers in Shandong province as the research objects for questionnaire survey,to deeply explore the relationship between the six.To investigate the moderating effect of gender on the relationship between shyness and problem network behavior and the mediating effect of loneliness on the moderating effect. The results showed that:(1)Shyness,cyberbullying,PIU and online games had significant gender differences. The level of shyness of girls was significantly higher than that of boys, and the gender difference of cyberbullying,PIU and online games was significantly lower than that of boys;(2)Shyness was positively correlated with loneliness, cyberbullying,PIU and online games;(3)The relationship between shyness, cyberbullying and online games is adjusted by gender, and the problems of cyberbullying and online games faced by shy boys are higher than those faced by shy girls;(4)The moderating effect of gender on cyberbullying and online games is achieved through the mediating factor of loneliness. The results suggest that shyness has a gender difference in the effects of cyberbullying and online games, and loneliness plays a mediating role.
