On The Protection And Research Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Peking University's "Geyao Weekly"

Peking University ballad weekly was founded in 1922.Under the background of the May 4th new culture movement and the eastward spread of western learning,it came into being in the special period of the transformation of the old and new academic systems.At that time,the most important scholars of humanities and social sciences published articles,discussed knowledge and spread ideas based on them.Song weekly of Peking University became one of the important sources for the establishment of modern academic system.The main purpose of "ballad weekly" is to study and preserve folk culture,and its research objects and methods are exactly the same as those of current intangible cultural heritage disciplines.It can be said that "ballad weekly" is an important source of modern intangible cultural heritage in China.This paper centers on jingyao weekly.Through the collection,investigation,arrangement and research results of the participants in the week,it summarizes the beneficial experience their research provides for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage today.
