Cixian drum originated at the southern end of Handan city in southern Hebei province and is a provincial intangible cultural heritage.Its historical value and cultural and artistic inheritance and development are especially important,and it is an important representative of the excellent traditional culture and art of the nation.In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of the integration and development of traditional culture and art in China,greater requirements have been put forward for the inheritance and protection of the drum in Cixian and the integration and development of culture and art.Driven by the continuous development of information technology,the new media era has quietly arrived and has had a very important impact on the integrated development of traditional culture and art.This article mainly takes the new media as the background,has carried on the analysis and the research to Cixian drum traditional culture art conformity development question.First of all,on the basis of fully drawing on the research of scholars,literature research method,qualitative analysis method and case analysis method are adopted to analyze the dissemination and promotion ideas of the drum in Cixian County.Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis and research on the integration and development of new media and Cixian drum traditional communication methods in the integration of culture and art.It also makes an in-depth study on the application of new media in Cixian drum folk group transmission methods,cultural tourism transmission methods,school education transmission methods,research association transmission methods and other aspects,and then analyzes the transmission method of Cixian drum combined with online and offline media.The research in this paper has far-reaching research significance for promoting thedevelopment and inheritance of the drum in Cixian and realizing the integrated development of the drum's traditional culture and art.It makes the drum in Cixian step into a new breakthrough point,entering the campus,entering the community,entering the theater,entering the tourism culture,and on the basis of not losing the traditional cultural heritage,giving the drum culture and art in Cixian with a long history a new starting point for dissemination.
