This research focuses on the change of communication pattern and the change of social development in the era of "Internet +".After clarifying the connotation and evolution of film and television art literacy,it integrates the research results of predecessors and combines the evaluation criteria of film and television art literacy in Shanghai.On this basis,a questionnaire was prepared to fully grasp whether the film and television literacy of college students in Shanghai S is missing or not.At the same time,using the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and case study,this paper analyzes the current situation of film and television art literacy of Shanghai S college students,and tries to find the factors that influence the film and television literacy of college students in Shanghai S University.Suggestions and countermeasures.This paper analyzes the questionnaire data and interviews college students,from the three aspects of college students' film and television art media cognition,film and television art media ability and film and television art media consciousness,the status quo of film and television art literacy of Shanghai S college students under the "Internet +" era Based on the preliminary judgment,due to the lack of basic knowledge of college students' film and television art,the inability to select suitable film and television art works in time,and the lack of awareness of film and television art creation,this paper draws the conclusion that college students' film and television art literacy is relatively lacking.On the basis of the analysis of the status quo,three factors affecting the film and television artistic quality of college students are explored,including the environmental factors that have a great impact on the rapid development of “Internet +”.The lack of attention to the quality of film and television in colleges and universities and the lack of novelty in the content and form of education The educational factors,as well as the individual factors such as the low self-education ability of college students.Finally,based on the current lack of film and television literacy of college students in Shanghai S and the factors affecting the artistic quality of film and television,this paper proposes that the government should establish a screening mechanism and special film and television platform,the government and relevant departments of the university to increase the emphasis,andthe multi-channel promotion of college teachers Personal literacy and the four strategies for improving or transforming students' awareness of the feasibility of film and television literacy.It is hoped that through the extensive film and television art literacy education for college students,college students will be able to improve their personal film and television art and improve their media behavior,so that they can make correct choices in the complex film and television art resources,in the face of the film.Content can be thought of independently without being induced by it.
