Currently, the transmission mode of human culture is undergoing changes unobtrusively, and people become increasingly dependent on the film and television media. Visual culture supremacy has become the trend of the times.Acceptance of film and television art has a great impact on high school students. The impact is both advantageous and disadvantageous. To expand education of film and television art literacy in Chinese language teaching of high school will not only benefit high school students from healthy growth and lifelong education, but also be conducive to improve the overall quality of the nation. So it is a benefit for all the people of the nation and is of great significance. Therefore, the basic education of the subject of Chinese language of high school should conform to the development of the society and the changes of the times, and respond positively to the new media environment: Deepening the connotations of the knowledge of Chinese language literacy and expanding the content of Chinese language teaching, studying the law of Education of film and television art literacy, conducting education of film and television art literacy among high school students.Based on the current situation of education of Chinese language of high school, the paper attempts to explore the educational law and put forward some suggestions on Education of Film and Television Art Literacy, a vacant sphere in the study of Chinese language teaching of high school from the angle of Chinese language teaching. This paper comprises three parts. It is discussed with tracing the ideas "Why should implement education of film and television art literacy - What is the content of education of film and television art literacy. How to implement Education of Film and Television Art Literacy " .Through conducting a survey among students, students'parents and teachers by means of questionnaires and interviews, Chapter One draws a conclusion that it is urgent to implement education of film and television art literacy among the adolescent and the content of Chinese language teaching of high school must expand to the field of Education of Film and Television Art Literacy, namely that it puts forward the question "why" to implement Education of Film and Television Art Literacy; Chapter Two is focused on the study and analysis of media properties, aesthetic characteristics, acceptance characteristics of film and television art, and thus explores the logical starting point of implementation of education of film and television art literacy, that is to say, it gives answers to some questions "what should be based on to teach," "what to teach" education of film and television art literacy such as; Chapter Three focuses on the study and analysis of implementing strategy of education of film and television art literacy of Chinese language teaching, namely, it gives an answer to the question of "how to teach" education of film and television art literacy. It is hoped that the paper is of little help to stimulate education of Chinese language in our country and improve the function of education in cultivating human being to bring prosperity to the whole nation.
