Studies have shown that the common psychological problems of high school students are academic problems,emotional problems,interpersonal problems and so on.As an important aspect of interpersonal relationship,interpersonal adaptation has an important impact on the mental health of high school students.Academic jealousy is not only an academic distress but also a negative emotional problem faced by senior high school students.If we can deal with the relationship between academic and interpersonal well,the mental health of senior high school students will certainly be affected positively.This study will study the status quo of academic jealousy,interpersonal adaptation and emotional regulation of senior high school students from two levels of quantification and intervention,and the relationship among them.It will also intervene in interpersonal adaptation from the factors affecting academic jealousy and emotional regulation,and further explore the impact mechanism of academic jealousy and emotional regulation on interpersonal adaptation.In this study,413 senior one and senior two students from a middle school in Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects,and the questionnaire of academic psychology of senior high school students,interpersonal adaptation subscale of middle school students and emotional regulation questionnaire were used as measuring tools.The questionnaire survey method was used to explore the general situation of academic jealousy,interpersonal adaptation and emotional regulation of senior high school students and the relationship among them.The relationship between emotional regulation and academic jealousy and interpersonal adaptation is also discussed.In view of the relationship between them,group counseling is designed to improve the interpersonal adaptation level of senior high school students.The results show that:1.There are significant differences in academic jealousy,interpersonal adaptation and emotional regulation among senior high school students in some demographic variables.2.Academic jealousy is negatively correlated with interpersonal adaptation,not with positive emotions,but with negative emotions.Interpersonal adaptation is positively correlated with positive emotions and negatively correlated with negative emotions.3.Positive emotions play a moderating role between academic jealousy and interpersonal adaptation,while negative emotions play a mediating role between academic jealousy and interpersonal adaptation.4.Combining the influencing factors of academic jealousy and emotional regulation,the group intervention program can significantly improve the interpersonal adaptation level of senior high school students by drawing lessons from the previous interpersonal adaptation intervention experience.Conclusion:Academic jealousy of high school students can directly predict interpersonal adaptation,and it can also affect interpersonal adaptation of high school students through emotional regulation.
