It is found that students in our country have different degrees of learning burnout.Long time and high load study not only affects the students' academic performance,but also affects their physical and mental health and even the future development of their life.This study,combined with the existing research on positive emotions,aims to study the form of group counseling to explore the positive emotional intervention of high school students so as to reduce the sense of learning burnout and to further maintain the mental health of high school students.In this study,a total of 521 students from second middle schools in Shenyang second middle school in Shenyang,Liaoning Province,were selected by literature review and questionnaire.The subjects were selected from two parallel classes in the first grade of the second middle school in the second middle school of Shenyang.The subjects were 69,including 37 intervention classes and 32 in the control class.6 group counseling activities were conducted to intervene the intervention class.The group counseling program was compiled by the researcher,whereas the control class did not accept intervention.The results of the study show that:1.The total score of positive emotion of high school students is correlated with the total score of learning burnout and the scores of each dimension negatively,and positive emotion has a significant negative predictive effect on learning burnout.2.The formulation and implementation of group counseling program can significantly improve the positive emotions of senior high school students,thereby reducing the learning burnout of senior high school students.
