Research On "Water And Stone Margin"

Shui Shi Yuan is a literary novel written during the reign of emperor QianLong.At present,the research on it is not enough.This thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter is about the author and version.The first section is based on the self-narration,post-narration and new materials of Shui Shi Yuan,textual research of Li Chunrong's birth year and outline his life.The second section is about the edition of water stone margin.The author first sorted out the narrative of the edition of Shui Shi Yuan,and then classified and discussed the origin and development of the edition.The second chapter is about Zheng Langfeng and his comments.The first section is the first textual research of Zheng Langfeng's birth year and native place,followed by the analysis of Zheng Langfeng copy of the source of the evaluation.The second section explains and analyzes the shape and distribution of Zheng Langfeng's evaluation points.In the third section,the author studies Zheng's comments,which are both guided and self-appreciating.In the fourth section,the author evaluates the value of Zheng Langfeng's copy of s Shui Shi Yuan,which is a worthy version with excellent textual collation and unique perspective.The third chapter is the study of the relationship between Shui Shi Yuan and a dream of red mansions.The first section summarizes the previous research results.There are three opinions on whether Shui Shi Yuan is a copy of A Dream of Red Mansions.One is that Shui Shi Yuan is a copy of A Dream of Red Mansions,represented by Yi Su.The second is that Shui Shi Yuan is not a copy of A Dream of Red Mansions,represented by Li Xiaolong.The third is that Shui Shi Yuan is a comprehensive copy of A Dream of Red Mansions and Romance of The West Chamber,represented by Xiang Shijunzi.The second section compares the creation motivation of Shui Shi Yuan and A Dream of Red Mansions.Li Chunrong,the author of Shui Shi Yuan,believes that the novels of gifted scholars and beautiful ladies are mostly lewd and indecent.In A Dream of Red Mansions,Cao Xueqin mentioned for the first time that there is "a kind of romantic ink,which is obscene,foul,and poisonous,and teach children to be evil".The third section discusses that Shui Shi Yuan is a novel with "autobiographical" factors.The author Li Chunrong is similar to the protagonist Shi Lianfeng in his life experience,thoughts and feelings.A Dream of Red Mansions is also a novel with the nature of autobiographical.The fourth section demonstrates that Shui Shi Yuan is a copy of A Dream of Red Mansions from the aspects of plots and language.
