A Study Of Ghost Stories In "Taiping Guang Ji"

"Tai Ping Guang Ji" is a large-scale book compiled by Li Fang and others in the Northern Song Dynasty during the reign of Tai Ping Xing Guo.There are 500 volumes in total,divided into fairies,female immortals,gods,Taoism,retribution,ghosts,etc.Among them,the story of ghosts is forty volumes,second to the fifty-five volumes of the gods,which is one-tenth of the whole book.It provides us with extremely rich materials for studying the "ghost" culture from the late Han Dynasty to the early Song Dynasty.The "ghost" culture has profound influence on every classes and has exerted an inestimable influence on the construction and development of traditional Chinese rituals,religion,culture and art.This article takes the story of the ghosts of "Taiping Guangji" as the starting point,and studies the hidden people’s perception of the concept of life and death behind these stories,the explanation of the cause of sacrifice,the understanding of social suffering.The body of this article is divided into four parts:The first chapter: the death and death of the same-to eliminate the fear of death.This chapter is divided into two parts,from the "Tai Ping Guang Ji" ghost story in the ghost state of life and the high degree of similarity of the world,the organization and operation of the Hades and the high degree of similarity to the world to illustrate the post-mortem world and post-mortem life and the world.Behind this identity is the effort people have made to dispel fear of death.The second chapter: the writing of ghost stories and the sacrifices of people.This chapter mainly explains the inner logic of the hidden ghosts behind the ghost stories from the possibility,feasibility,urgency and favorableness of the ghosts.The third chapter: ghost words-a mirror of society.This chapter mainly explains that the ghosts are the refraction of the world society.The two parts separately describe the ghosts as an explanation of the suffering society and a reflection on the current situation.In this case,we can see that the literati and the people’s inner feelings are the most real expression.The fourth chapter: unhelpful classics and helpful articles-the artistic analysis of the ghost story of "Tai Ping Guang Ji".This chapter is mainly based on the literary standard,and simply sorts out the many ghost stories that are uneven in artistic achievements to seek literary citations and articles.Then analyzes the artistic value from the literary and ethical tendencies of ghost stories,the portrayal of characters,and the application of superb expression techniques.
