A Comparative Study Of Criminal Cases And The Law With In "Tai Ping Guang Ji" In Tang Dynasty

Tai Ping Guang Ji�is one of the large-scale books compiled by the official government in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty.It contains collections of wild history novels from the Han Dynasty to the beginning of the Song Dynasty.The book contains 500 volumes,covering Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism,ghosts,and imperial examinations.Animals,plants and many other types of stories.This article through the analysis of the crime records and relevant disposal results in "Tai Ping Guang Ji",to investigate the implementation of the law inthe Tang Dynasty,is divided into the following three chapters:The first chapter is about the type of crime in Tai Ping Guang Ji.This chapter collects and collates crime cases in Tai Ping Guang Ji and divides them into criminal,political,economic,marital and ethical,social,and descriptive.Chapter 2 compares the case judgment with the law of the Tang Dynasty.This chapter has collated the legal provisions in the�Discipline of Tang Law�in volved in the crime cases in�Tai Ping Guang Ji�,and is also divided into criminal,political,economic and social categories for comparative analysis.The third chapter analyzes the factors that influence the implementation of the Tang dynasty law.According to the implementation of the provisions of the Tang Law in Chapter 2,it is possible to summarize the favorable and unfavo rable factors that influence the implementation of the Tang Law in the five stages of prosecution,hunting,interrogation,judgment,and punishment.After researching,it can be found that the overall implementation of the law in Tang Dynasty is relatively good.However,due to major social events such as the Anshi disorder,there are significant differences in the law enforcement in the early and late Tang period.There are many factors affecting the implementation of the Tang dynasty,and the specific circumstances require more specific analysis.
