Traditional Religious Ecological Culture And Corporate Environmental Protection Investment

Since the 18 th national congress,China has incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,making the strategic position of the construction of ecological civilization clearer.At the same time,the proposal of the concept of green development puts forward higher requirements for the pollution discharge standards and resource utilization efficiency of China's production activities.Enterprises are faced more Strict legal supervision and multi-party attention.At present,the academic research on environmental management of enterprises,mainly focuses on the formal system of external influencing factors,such as government regulation,laws and regulations,and public pressure.Second,internal influencing factors,such as corporate governance,characteristics of senior executives and enterprise size.However,there are few researches on the informal system,and most researches on the environmental management behavior of enterprises focus on the information disclosure of corporate social responsibility.Therefore,from the point of view of informal system,this paper discusses the important part of informal system: the action mechanism of traditional religious ecological culture in China on enterprise environmental protection investment and the specific impact results,in order to promote the research on enterprise environmental management.Based on the field theory and formal system respectively expounds the traditional ecological culture of religion culture and institutional attribute impact on enterprise environmental protection investment path,through the selection of 2011-2015 a-share disclosure of environmental investment of listed companies as samples,using the OLS method empirical analysis of the traditional religious ecological culture's influence on the enterprise environmental protection investment results.The study finds that the traditional religious ecological culture is positively correlated with the enterprise environmental protection investment,that is,the stronger the religious ecological cultural atmosphere the listed company is,the higher the level of environmental protection investment intensity will be.Further research shows that the nature of state-owned property rights will weaken the positive correlation between religious traditional regional atmosphere and environmental protection investment.There are industry differences in the positive influence of religious ecological culture on enterprises' environmental investment.The results provide empirical data for the role of informal institutions in corporate environmental responsibility.In the end,this paper from the perspective of strengthening the mining and promotion of excellent traditional religious ecological and cultural values,in order to help improve and optimize the enterprise's environmental protection.
