Terminology management refers to the systematic activities of collecting,describing,processing,recording,storing,presenting and querying specialized terms in specific fields.Based on The Age of Impeachment,this paper examines the terminology management solution for the legal translation project.From the aspects of term collection,identification,translation and use,this paper introduces a practical terminology management scheme and computer-aided translation softwares used in this translation project.It analyzes three types of problems in terminology translation which is the core of terminology management,including the creation of translations,the choice of synonymous translations and the choice of conflicting translations.Providing workable solutions,this paper focuses on the language level of terminology management.
