With the development of society,science and technology,advertising affects the lives of people through various channels,such as newspapers,magazines,television and mobile phones.The advertising text gradually entered the field of linguistics.Advertising is a special form of communication with certain research value.Based on the previous studies,this dissertation uses relevance theory to analyze the multi-modality of Russian advertising text,summarizes the ostensive strategies commonly used in Russian advertising text,and discusses the main factors affecting the expression effect of ostensive strategy of Russian advertising text.The dissertation consists of three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction mainly explains the research background of this dissertation,indicates the research purpose and significance of this paper,determines the research content,problems,key points and difficulties of this dissertation,and explains the innovation of this dissertation.The main body is divided in five chapters:The first chapter mainly to sort out the research situation of Russian advertising text at home and abroad,in order to find the weakness of the research and determine the research direction of this dissertation.The second chapter discusses the concepts and main content of the relevance theory and analysis of multimodal text.This chapter is the theoretical basis of the dissertation.The third chapter uses the theory of multimodal text to analyze the multimodality of Russian advertising text,and uses the relevance theory to discuss the relevance of Russian advertising text to determine the core position of relevance in advertising communication.The fourth chapter summarizes the types of ostensive strategies commonly used in Russian advertising text,and provides a large number of examples for the multimodal analysis of these ostensive strategies.The fifth chapter discusses the main factors affecting the expression effect of ostensive strategy of Russian advertising text.
