Research On Tourist Satisfaction In Cultural And Creative Towns

As an important part of the construction of China's characteristic towns,Culture&creativity industyies Town not only promotes the development of local economic and industrial upgrading,but also solves the employment of some rural laborers in the surrounding areas.It plays an important role in inheriting Chinese culture.Mingyue Intl.Ceramic Art Village,it is a suburban tourism project integrating agricultural sightseeing and Culture&creativity industries Town.Although it has made great achievement,the tourists are not too satisfied with too much resources undeveloped.In order to find further problems,with the help of local governments,merchants and some travel agencies,the author conducted a satisfaction survey of visitors.Although the local government is carrying out tourism planning and management under the leadership of the government,the ideas in the core industry support and promotion methods are not clear enough.There are still some problems to be solved,such as connotation confusion,integration level and homogenization.In the process of in-depth investigation,it was also found that the quality of local tourism products was not high and the operating characteristics were not prominent.There was no certain brand effect,and no effective business promotion was carried out.Based on the data obtained from the survey,the author refers to a large number of relevant literary review,taking tourists' satisfaction as the basic starting point,and combining with the actual development of the tourism industry of Town,Mingyue Intl.Ceramic Art Village.The author proposes that they should improve service quality,enhance service awareness,the professional level of relevant staff and optimize the quality of tourism products.At the same time,it is also suggested that the existing structure of the industrial organization should be optimized,an innovative system should be established and the market promotion should be strengthened.The sustainable development of the tourism industry has many benefits.It can not only promote urbanization,improve the average living standard of residents,but also develop industries with outstanding characteristics,as well as improve the imbalancedstatus of economic development in Chengdu and resolve the "three rural" problems effectively.
