Beijing,as the economic,political and cultural center of China,attracts a large number of non-Beijing people to come here,forming a unique social and cultural phenomenon in Beijing.The character documentary BeiPiao Youth takes BeiPiao Youth as the subject of filming,records the work and life of three BeiPiao Youth after1980 and 1990 in Beijing.Through these three characters,we can show some problems faced by BeiPiao Youth,such as living conditions,adaptation,psychological adjustment process,subjective feelings(daily life in Beijing,difficulties in settling down,poor living environment,poor sense of belonging in heart).From different perspectives and levels,people can understand the young Beihang group of post-80 s and post-90 s.At the same time,the film also enables more young people who are about to drift to the north to understand the Beipiao nationality more directly,and restores the real life status of the post-80 s and post-90 s Beipiao youth,thus arousing people’s attention to this status quo.This article elaborates in detail the whole creative process of the character documentary Beijing from four parts.The first part is mainly about the significance of creation and research,analyzing the current situation of BeiPiao youth by referring to relevant literature and news,film and television materials;the second part is about the preparatory process of the film,understanding the policies related to BeiPiao according to the existing information,and establishing the characters,themes and narrative structure of the film;the third part mainly introduces the shooting process of the film,including shooting equipment and venue.The fourth part is the post-production process of the film,mainly from the classification of material,commentary writing,editing,film output and other aspects,summarizes the problems encountered in the shooting process and how to improve,in order to continuously improve their creative level.
