| The graduation work "My Different Youth" takes the idol trainees and "Internet celebrities" of short video platforms in the Internet era,practitioners in two emerging professions as the main characters,telling the story of the two protagonists who ushered in the "bottleneck period" of their careers in the rapid change of the Internet era and the changing tastes of the audience,and the story of the two people making positive changes and breakthroughs in the face of reality,and the work leads the audience to understand their work content and professional attributes by recording the important events of their changes and choices.Taking the work "My Different Youth" as an analysis sample,the graduation thesis combined with the real presentation of characters,the narrative of documentary and the theory of audiovisual language,to study the creative strategy of youth documentaries.Firstly,the paper elaborates and sorts out the concept and development status of youth documentaries.The methodology used in the creation is explained,which provides theoretical support for the research of the thesis.Secondly,the thesis expounds the creative strategy of the graduation work "My Different Youth" through three aspects: the true presentation of the characters,the deep narrative of the documentary,and the visual expression skills.Through the research,it is concluded that: first,the social roles behind the visual images,the transformation of character identities and the expression of attitudes are all helpful to show the real character image;Second,the cultural motivation of foreign cultural influences,the behavior patterns of pressure and resistance,the relationship between conflict and reconciliation,and the changes in narrative space all point to the deep narrative of the documentary;Third,through the change of the format of the work,the attributes of the character’s work are highlighted,the use of opposing sound and painting contrasts the character,the application of special effects enhances the artistic beauty of the film,and the use of "flower characters" enhances the interest of the documentary.Finally,for the documentary "My Different Youth",this paper puts forward the two shortcomings of the character image is not three-dimensional and the character narration is too superficial,reflects on the creation,summarizes the experience,and provides reference value for the research and practice of such documentaries in the future. |
