metaphorical phenomena,such as black and white metaphor.People tend to associate "morality" with "white","immoral" and "black",thinking that white is a symbol of morality and black is a symbol of immorality.In order to further explore the connection characteristics between moral cognition and black and white metaphor,this study uses three series of experiments including five small experiments,which are the interaction between black and white color perception and moral lexical processing,the perception of brightness perception and moral event judgment,and Experimental research is carried out in three aspects,such as the connection strength between black and immorality,"white and morality".Study 1 explores the connection characteristics of black and white color perception and moral vocabulary processing in the lexical processing level of moral concept cognition,which is divided into two sub-experiments.Experiment la studies the connection between black and white perception and moral vocabulary processing.The experimental method of vocabulary judgment task is used to present moral or unethical vocabulary on a gray background.The vocabulary color is black or white,and the subject is required to quickly judge the vocabulary after reading the vocabulary.It is still unethical and records the reaction of the participants.If "white" is connected with"moral","black" and "immoral",then the moral words are represented in white,and the unethical words are marked in black,and the Stroop priming effect will appear,which is characterized by black characters compared with moral words.The unethical words are characterized in white,and the subjects will be shorter when reacting.The experimental results show that white moral words and black unethical words react significantly less than white immoral words and black moral words,indicating that black and white color perception and moral vocabulary processing are connected.Experiment 1b studies the connection between moral vocabulary processing and black-and-white color perception.Using the experimental method of brightness contrast,a color block is first presented,and then a moral word,an unethical word or a neutral word with the same brightness as the color block is randomly presented.Try to judge which color block and vocabulary brightness is brighter,and record the result of the test.If the ethical concept processing of vocabulary affects the brightness perception of the subject,the subject will feel that the moral vocabulary is brighter than the color block,and the unethical vocabulary is darker than the color block.The experimental results show that the vocabulary type effect is significant.The number of times the subject vocabulary is brighter than the neutral word is significantly higher than that of the neutral word.The number of times the unethical vocabulary is darker than the neutral word is significantly higher than that of the neutral word.It also has a connection with black and white color perception.Study 2 explores the connection characteristics of brightness perception and moral event judgment in the judgment level of moral events,and is divided into two sub-experiments.Experiment 2a studies the connection between brightness perception and moral judgment,and uses the experimental method of evaluating moral dilemmas to record the "moral dilemma" prepared in advance in the bright environment and dark environment,and requires the participants to make moral grades.assessment.If the perception of environmental brightness affects the judgment of moral events,then the perception of bright and dark environments will produce a corresponding shift in moral judgment.In the bright environment,the moral scores of the subjects on the moral dilemma will be higher than the dark environment.The experimental results show that the scores of the moral dilemma in the dark environment are significantly lower than those in the bright environment,indicating that the brightness perception and the moral event judgment are connected.Experiment 2b studies the connection between ethical event processing and brightness perception,and uses the experimental method of evaluating the laboratory environment after recalling moral-related events,requiring participants to recall the moral or immoral events they have experienced,and to write out the specific details of the event.Then fill out the lab environment questionnaire to score.If moral cognition affects perception of brightness,then subjects who recalled an immoral event would make a darker assessment of the brightness of the laboratory than those who recalled the moral event.The experimental results show that compared with recalling moral events,subjects who recalled unethical events had lower evaluation of laboratory brightness and significant differences.It shows that the processing of moral events is connected with the perception of brightness.Study 3 explores the strength of the connection between "white-good" and"black--bad" in the concept of moral vocabulary.The experimental method of forced vocabulary is used to allow subjects to choose black or white Greek words and given morality.Whether the meaning of the word or unethical word matches,and the number of matches is recorded.The experimental results show that when the Greek word is white,the difference in the number of matching between moral words and unethical words is not significant.When the Greek word is black,the number of matching unspoken words is significantly higher than that of moral words.Explain that the connection strength between "white" and "moral","black" and "immoral" is different.The strength of "black" and "immoral”is higher than "white" and "moral".Based on the above results,this study confirms that moral cognition and black-and-white metaphor have two-way connection characteristics not only in the level of moral lexical processing,but also in the level of moral event judgment,moral cognition and black and white metaphor also have two-way connection characteristics,and "black" and "black" The immorality of the connection is higher than "white"
