A company is a wholly owned subsidiary of a municipal level state owned company.This company has a seemingly reasonable incentive mechanism.Although with the rapid expansion of the company,the problem of human resource management,especially lack of talent reserves,high employee turnover,declines in the employee working enthusiasm etc.incentive problems have become increasingly prominent.These problems,on the face,are caused by the imperfection of a specific policy or system of the company,but from the cause of the problem to the outcome of the problem,all relate to the employee's psychological contract.Psychological contract serves as the summation of the needs and expectations between organisations and employees.It's the bridge and intermediary between the main body and the object.From the perspective of efficiency,motivation is to mobilise and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees,to achieve personal goals in the realisation of organisational goals.In the process of motivation,the needs and expectations of the employees are the starting point,but the needs and expectations of the employees are subjective,dynamic and diverse.They have to be guided.The existing empirical studies suggest that psychological contract is an important factor that affects the rate of job loss,job satisfaction,job performance and the realisation of the organisational goals.Starting from the three dimensions of the psychological contract,and from the dynamic development view of the psychological contract,to establish and adjust the enterprise's employees incentive mechanism,helping to build a high quality employees team,making the employees consciously put their own development in the overall framework of the enterprise's development,facilitating the promotion of the social and economic values of the enterprise.Studying the incentive mechanism of employees from the perspective of psychological contract,helps to find the problems in company's human resource management,helps the management to better grasp the intrinsic needs of the employees,provides a scientific and reliable analysis method for the smooth implementation of employees incentive mechanism.On the basis of summarising and analysing the relevant theoretical and empirical research results at home country and abroad,this article researches the dynamic development process of the employees psychological contract and the three dimensional structure of the psychological contract.In the process of research,linking theories with practices,starting from the whole process of the dynamic development of the employees psychological contract,through interviews with employees of the company,to analyse the exposed problems in the process of the implementation of the incentive mechanism in A company.Then in the view of the above problems,from the perspective of the employees psychological contract,try to give my own rational suggestions.
