Research On The Discipline Construction Of Art Management With Chinese Characteristics Under The Background Of "double First-class"

Since the reform and opening up,my country has transformed from a highly centralized planned economic system to a market economy.In just a few years,my country's economic aggregate has expanded rapidly.With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous enhancement of its comprehensive national strength,China's culture and art field has also undergone earth-shaking changes.A large number of new private art institutions have begun to emerge,the art market and art consumption have gradually expanded,and theater troupes,art galleries,museums,etc.Cultural and artistic institutions are increasingly prosperous,and the demand for professional “artistic managers” in the field of cultural arts in China is gradually increasing.At the same time,art management majors and disciplines in Europe and the United States have gradually matured,and many domestic experts and scholars have begun to build Chinese art management education.In 1987,the first batch of "Film Production,Distribution and Screening Management" students from the Management Department of Beijing Film Academy entered the school,marking that my country has really begun to explore and innovate in the construction of art management.In just over two decades,China's art management has formed art schools,and comprehensive and liberal arts schools have developed together.The completion of the initial construction of a complete education system for local,master,and doctoral education has emerged.A large number of excellent subject leaders,scholars,and teachers have accumulated certain academic research results.As an emerging discipline,the art management discipline has grown at an alarming rate.After the legalized identity of the art management discipline was confirmed in 2011,more and more universities and scholars are exploring the issue of art management discipline construction.In 2017,the country proposed a "double first-class" construction.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a new definition of the historical orientation of my country's social development,and also put forward new requirements for education.At the level of my country's macro development,the requirements for discipline construction and the development of art management disciplines,more and more scholars call for the establishment of art management disciplines with "Chinese characteristics".This research first sorts out the real context of domestic art management disciplines,and selects the discipline construction of four art colleges with art management majors to study,andanalyzes the plight and reasons of the current construction of art management disciplines in China,and analyzes "Chinese characteristics" The requirements for the construction of art management disciplines can provide a certain reference for the construction of Chinese art management disciplines in the context of "Double First-Class".
