In the early years of the Republic of China, due to changes in the social environment, newspapers and periodicals were able to develop gradually.During this period,a variety of newspapers and magazines emerged, including newspapers and periodicals organized by the Communist Party of China in the northeast region and various red and progressive newspapers. In order to cooperate with the early work of the Chinese Communist Party organization in the Northeast,a large number of party newspapers and periodicals were published in the Northeast region, and a number of red newspapers and periodicals founded by progressives and dedicated to spreading advanced ideas also appeared.Coupled with the special geographical advantages of the Northeast region,a large number of red Russian newspapers appeared in the Northeast or were sent to the Northeast. These red newspapers and periodicals promoted the spread of Marxism in the Northeast and exposed the conspiracy of imperialism and feudal forces. In order to maintain the feudal rule,Feng Zhang warlords promulgated local laws and regulations many times to carry out the ban and control of red newspapers and periodicals.Through the analysis and research of the red newspapers and magazines in Northeast China during this period, the contents, characteristics, and development stages of the red newspapers and periodicals and the contribution and significance of the red newspapers and the counter-anti-reddening are studied. At the same time,it studies the control method and "anti-reddening" path that Feng Zhangzhi implemented for the Northeast Journalism, and explores the reactionary nature of its news control.
