| Newspapers and periodicals reading is a very important part in foreign-Chinese curriculum. Currently, the study of foreign-Chinese newspapers and periodicals reading is merely focused on journalese, language and vocabulary; additionally, the study of entertainment news has a bias towards application language theory and not involve in reading difficulties on entertainment news. With the development of Chinese economy, and integration of global economy and culture, the entertainment news has been an indispensable part in China pop culture. Meanwhile, it would be a shortcut to understand Chinese modern society for foreigners.In this dissertation, the exchange students who study in China will be selected as subject. Simultaneously, their reading difficulties on entertainment news would be chased down and recorded, such as the reading difficulties on vocabulary, culture, region, state system, habit and the way to expression. Thereafter, the corresponding solutions will be provided.This investigation is an innovation and a preparation for a new variety of reading. It is beneficial to study of foreign-Chinese teaching in both theory and practice. |
