feature for corruption in Qianlong dynasty,which indicated that the corruption was pervasive in Qianlong dynasty,its universality is mainly reflected in the depth of corruption in all fields and links of political activities,and it covered wide fields,the power and profit conflict involved all classes.Next,it has particularity,the particularity embodied that the Qianlong dynasty is a special stage,the country from vigor to decline.it was constantly declined in a stage,the decline factor existed mutual effect to corruption,at the mean time,the institution reform to be more conservative,the institution design lack the vigor.The lastit is a analysis for result with corruption punishment in the Qianlong dynasty,the Qianlong dynasty spared no effort to punish corruption,however,it does not
