Research On Han Xiaohui's Prose

Han Xiaohui is an excellent prose writer and critic.She plays an important role in the Chinese contemporary prose history.Her prose has a wide range of subjects and types,and her prose theory has many innovations,which has made a demonstration and leading role in the development of contemporary prose.Han Xiaohui's prose has a long creation span and a large collection of works,so there are certain difficulties in data collection and in-depth research.This makes researches analyze a type of prose or only appreciate masterpieces.So far,no Master's thesis discusses the prose in a large scale,creative process,changes of subject matter and style,artistic value and social significance.This leaves huge research space for this topic.This article refers to the prose classification methods of Yu Guangzhong,She Shusen,Chen Jianhui,and the reading experience.It is found that Han Xiaohui's prose classification is roughly consistent with the creative stage.Therefore,its creative processes and theme changes are divided into: lyrical prose(1988-1999),intellectual prose(2000-2008),and poetic prose(2009-present).This taxonomy provides a sociological basis for exploring the conceptual innovation and artistic characteristics of Han Xiaohui's prose.The main body of this thesis is divided into three parts,classifying and staging research on Han Xiaohui's prose,with the layer by layer relationship of "looking for the door-opening the door-breaking through the door",and finally summarizing the development of "Aesthetics of neutralization".The first part thinks that Han Xiaohui's lyrical prose shows the sum of individual feelings and reasons.Following the trend of women's times,She expresses her personal emotions reconciled between "catharsis" and "moderation" through the adjustment of emotion and the externalization of sentiment.And she expresses the neutral artistic features between "direct" and "introvert" through relaxed language and monolingual structure.These reflect the harmony of the personal inner world.The second part thinks that Han Xiaohui's intellectual prose embodies the sum of human and society.She calmly analyzes the social problems,system problems and personal problems at the turn of the century,writes the neutralization of "big self" and "small self" with the female individual subject consciousness.At the same time,her intellectual prose demonstrates unique artistic features with simple language and witty structure,which greatly enhances the aesthetics and readability of the prose.The third part thinks that Han Xiaohui's poetic prose shows the ecological sum of human and the world.She breaks the boundaries of time and space with an international perspective,walks and thinks in the natural,social and historical landscapes,and shows the harmonious unity of natural ecology,social ecology and spiritual ecology.Meanwhile,the "flexible" language and multi-structure of the stylistic reflectthe different artistic characteristics.The poetic expression of content and form,to a certain extent,relieves the spiritual anxiety of the real world.Han Xiaohui's 40 years of prose creation shows the style consciousness and social responsibility of Chinese prose since the new era.On the one hand,the sum of emotion and reason,the sum of Tao and Zhi,and the sum of ecology form the aesthetic characteristics of "Neutralization",which is a concrete manifestation of prose style consciousness in the new era.On the other hand,the three periods of Han Xiaohui's prose creation have formed the changing process of "individual-society-world",which just shows the change of prose aesthetic pursuit since China's reform and opening up,and has enlightenment significance for the interpretation of the history of Chinese literature since the new era.At the same time,Han Xiaohui's travel essays not only show the change and expansion of "residence-home and abroad" in the travel area,but also reflect the reform and opening up process of China to the world.Therefore,the study of Han Xiaohui's prose is not only conducive to combing and summarizing the aesthetics of prose since the new era of China,but also has the social and historical significance of "poetry proves history".
