The new Jinling painting is an important one,in regional Chinese calligraphy and painting genre holds an important place in the history of Chinese painting and calligraphy.Painting works with typical style of The Times and regional features,reflects the good landscape style since the founding of the country.Since the reform and opening up,the painting and calligraphy auction market has been developing continuously,and the painting and calligraphy works of the new Jinling school have also received extensive attention from the auction market.Among them,there is an investment phenomenon of "local preference" in the painting and calligraphy auction market of new Jinling painting school,which is worth further study.Based on new Jinling painting painting and calligraphy auction market transactions between geographical situation as the main research content,using literature research,statistical analysis,qualitative analysis,based on the relevant theory of art,investment,statistics and practical knowledge of new Jinling painting painting and calligraphy auction market regional investment conditions is analyzed,so as to get the "new Jinling painting painting and calligraphy auction market there are home bias phenomenon" this conclusion,and the causes of this phenomenon and the cause is analyzed,the influence of the final against "home bias" phenomenon of painting and calligraphy auction market investment advice is put forward.
