| “Shanghai’s style of painting”occupies an important position in the modern art history of China, which is the earliest involved in the art trading market. Therefore, as the art auction market operated for 20 years, research on“Shanghai’s style of painting”has academic significance. The thesis represents the development of“Shanghai’s style of painting”, analyzes trading data of the market for the latest 10 years, and discusses its artistic value and economic value, in the meantime, the relationship between those two cases. To illustrate concretely, I select several works of five representative artists in“Shanghai’s style”artists’market to analyze and summarize their artistic and economic value. Finally, the thesis predicts the trend in the future market of“Shanghai’s style of painting”and gives preliminary investment advices to investors. |
