Research On The Relationship Between People And Landscape In Zhang Zeduan's "A Picture Of Shanghe On Qingming Festival"

“Along the River During the Qingming Festival” is the masterpiece of Zhang Zeduan,which vividly illustrates people from all wails of life and their economic activities and portrays the scenes of the customs of the great city of Northern Song Dynasty,and shows great originality in the spatial layout of characters and background.With a focus on the relation between people and scenes in Along the River During the Qingming Festival,this thesis starts from painting structure relation,systematically analyzes and makes some new interpretations on the relation between people and scenes in Along the River during the Tomb-sweeping Festival.In line with this focus,this thesis conducts a specific study on the relation between people and scenes in Along the River During the Qingming Festival from the perspectives of spatial layout,primary and secondary density relation and the coherence of people and scenes,to finally fully understand and apply the processing experience and creation methods in Along the River During the Qingming Festival into my own painting creation practice.In this regard,I had a preliminary exploration in my two paintings Ansai Waist Drum and Silk Road,extended and deepened it constantly in my recent painting Early Spring.With a fully absorption of the creation experience and nutrition in Along the River During the Qingming Festival and other traditional paintings,a good interactive experience of modern art creation and traditional cultural heritage was formed and the practice of modernization of local art was conducted.
