Case Work Involved In The Research On Psychological Reconstruction Of Flood-stricken Farmers After The Disaster

Post-disaster psychological reconstruction refers to the formulation of improvement programs for individuals or families,the adjustment of psychological problems,restoring the psychological balance of victims and increasing the momentum for reconstruction,including material intervention and psychological intervention,when serious problems arise in the psychological condition of the victims after the disaster.In post-disaster rescue,people often integrate human,financial,material and other resources to carry out material assistance,while ignoring the emergency psychological and social support to the affected groups,including psychological counseling and psychological reconstruction,so in the post-disaster rescue stage,assisting the victims to carry out psychological reconstruction is also one of the objectives of social work intervention.From the perspective of sociology and social work,this study selected the author's social practice area as the investigation point,in-depth understanding of the disaster situation and causes,objectively analyzed the psychological problems of affected farmers,and analyzed the needs of affected farmers.Then,on the basis of investigation and interview,select the typical victim,conduct the case intervention study of social work,guided by the theory of social support and empowerment,and use the observation method and interview method to find that the psychological problems caused by the flood mainly show as follows: first,physical insomnia and other conditions;second,behavioral interpersonal difficulties,interpersonal sensitivity;third,emotional loss,anxiety,depression;fourth,cognitively prone to produce a sense of misfortune,pessimism,self-pity.In response to the above four aspects of the problem from the psychological and material intervention,from the owner himself,the victim's family and external resources link three aspects of eight services,help the victim to alleviate psychological discomfort,build up confidence in the face of difficulties,harmonious relationship between the victim and family members,improve the family conditions of the victim,and finally achieve the psychological reconstruction of the victim.Through the research,it can be concluded that the flood will have a certain psychological impact on farmers,leading to psychological problems;the implementation of the post-disaster psychological reconstruction plan for flood-stricken farmers,and the construction of a social support system based on their own support,family support and government support is effective,which also has certain reference significance in practice.
