| In July 2016,there was a rainstorm in Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province,China,and A village,Y County was seriously affected.Although some villagers in aitian village were helped with case social work after the disaster,some of the case owners were still unable to walk out of the haze of the disaster after the closure of the case,so on this basis,a deeper follow-up study was carried out,through household visits and questionnaire surveys,to track and investigate those case owners,in order to improve their resilience as a new angle,and carry out group society for them Be able to work to make them understand and actively deal with their own situation.In this study,the victims of A village who have been affected by the disaster and have accepted the case work are taken as the research objects.In the previous intervention process,the spiritual assistance for them is taken as the work focus,aiming to stimulate their subjective initiative and turn the passive "rescued" into the active "self rescue".However,after the work,the case owners were still affected by the negative emotions caused by the last disaster,so that life could not return to the normal track.Therefore,the follow-up study will be carried out at a deeper level,and it is decided to enhance the resilience of the victims involved in the group work and carry out a new round of post disaster relief for them.The methods of interview,scale,questionnaire and literature analysis are adopted to investigate and study;the theories of social system,social support and advantage perspective are used as the support;65 victims who have received the help of case work but have not achieved good results are selected.Through data analysis,according to the status quo of the victims obtained from the survey,they are arranged in order of priority,and 9 victims with outstanding problems are formed The group of resistance improvement carried out six group activities aimed at improving the resistance of members.It is found that the main problems faced by the disaster victims are as follows: after the disaster,the physical and mental trauma is hard to soothe,which leads to more serious anxiety,the lack of funds makes the process of reconstruction of the disaster victims slow,the disaster victims rely too much on the government,which leads to a lack of confidence,and the training information asymmetry between the disaster victims and the training institutions leads to the difficulty of normal disasterrelief related training.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to establish the psychological assistance tracking service in disaster areas as soon as possible to solve the emotional problems of the victims,improve the long-term psychological comfort service system of the victims to consolidate the work results,cultivate the residents with excellent reconstruction ability to drive the community construction in the disaster areas,and finally optimize the relief and security structure by improving the precise social work services ? These measures can effectively help the victims to improve their resilience,make them return to normal life as soon as possible,and more confident to deal with the problems that may be encountered in future life.The innovation of the research process is carried out in this paper: the research design of improving resilience is applied to the victims who have a certain understanding of social work;the investigation method is tracking investigation and research in specific areas with strong pertinence and representativeness;the ultimate goal is to improve the resilience of the victims and realize the sharing of social resources.This study has achieved good results in improving the resilience of team members.Due to the limitation of activity duration and sample selection,it is impossible to intervene in social work to improve resilience in a large range.In the future work,I will continue to conduct more in-depth research,improve my professional level,make up for the deficiencies and ensure the research quality. |
