Ding Ling is a female writer after Bing Xin and Lu Yin.Her unremitting exploration of women's physical and mental liberation has profound connotation of new culture.Among them, the early works fully reflect the dominant tendency of anti feudalism by revealing the new concept of gender, true love and getting out of the siege of old marriage. In the later period,Ding Ling further linked women's physical and mental liberation with social liberation. In her works, she narrated the new "women's problems" that had an impact on women's liberation, the possibility of rural women's establishing their social subject status and realizing their self-worth in public affairs, which finally confirmed the most important aspect of women's Liberation discussed by Engels We should take the path of "all women return to public work" and "turn private housework into a social cause".
