History And Current Situation Of Karakul Kalmyk People In Kyrgyzstan

This article analysis the internal dynamics of identity in one of particular settlements.When reading through the historical documents and materials about the appellation of Karakol Kalmyk,it is found that it is very different from the Kalmyk appellation in other regions.Karakol was built and formed in the modern state of Kyrgyzstan The internal dynamics of the Kalmyk's identity have changed a lot.In recent years,they have identified themselves with Mongolian,Torguud,Uglud,Kyrgyz and other titles.The author tries to start with the daily life of the villagers to understand how they understand and use ethnic categories.On this basis,it analyzes how their identity words reflect their own cultural and racial ideas.The first chapter describes the historical origin,population distribution and cultural characteristics of Karakol Kalmyks.The second chapter is written about the social organization of Karakol Kalmyks.The third chapter is mainly about the identity change of Karakol Kalmyks in the nation state.
