Ci Zhuan of the Book of changes: "Settle in the native land, stress righteousness,so can love." Compared with the nations of the world, our ancestors were the first to enter the farming society.Chinese people's yearning, love and attachment to "Settle in the native land" is strong and deeply rooted."Settle in the native land" is also the driving force for our ancestors to create agricultural civilization.Even in the rapid economic development of various values have undergone major changes today, farmers' attachment to the land to their homes and love has not changed. Therefore,a considerable number of farmers do not want to leave their hometowns to work for this reason, which has contributed to the emergence of regional "gig market(labor market)".I found that in recent years,on average, each town will have a distribution center for odd jobs, this type of market spontaneous, also organized, this group of people with the spirit of the Chinese people the most simple,it is also their industrious and brave, unyielding, promotes the progress and development of the motherland, this is a kind of inner beauty,It has always been the goal of my group of migrant workers to express their spirit through their painting creation. This paper is mainly divided into three parts.First, the feeling I got from contacting and going deep into the life of migrant workers aroused my original intention of painting on the subject of migrant workers.Second,I selected the theme of creation and visited and investigated the gig market, and made in-depth analysis and research on this group.Third, the creation and work analysis of my group paintings of migrant workers."Never cease to live, never cease to struggle" is a praise to the spirit of migrant workers, but also to their own painting process requirements.
