Investigation And Research On The Language Life Of Mongolian People In The Administrative And Judicial Fields Of Yijinhuoluo Banner

Based on sociolinguistic theory,this paper studies the language life of Ejen-horo banner in judicial and administrative fields by comprehensively using questionnaire survey,interview and observation.The preliminary survey data were collected and then analyzed based on the statistical method.The respondents were divided into two groups: civil servants and ordinary masses,and advocates the difference from the perspective of the service provider and the service receiver.The content of the thesis includes: the chapter one,chapter two,chapter three,the conclusion.The introduction mainly summarizes the reasons for selecting the topic,the significance of selecting the topic,the general situation of the research,the research methods and data sources as well as the general situation of Ejen-horo banner.The first chapter,through the investigation and analysis of the post setting,the language used in the work or cases,the Mongolian language or professional training,and the translation work of the major units in the administrative and judicial fields,reflects the language life in the two fields.The second chapter analyzes the language life of civil servants in the administrative and judicial fields from the aspects of language mastery,use and attitude,working language and attitude,recruitment and training of civil servants,policy,and legal publicity on the basis of data statistics.The third chapter,on the basis of data statistics,analyzes and summarizes the language life of the audience in the administrative and judicial fields from the aspects of language mastery and use,publicity services and attitudes.In the conclusion,the author makes a comprehensive discussion on the language life condition in the field of judicial and administration of Ejen-horo banner,and puts forward the existing problems and suggestions.
