With the vigorous development of national fitness,health problems have been paid more and more attention.However,the progress of modern society,while speeding up the process of urbanization,also makes people far away from nature,and the time,space,type,intensity,culture and other aspects of sports are limited.As a result of the development of people enjoying a better life and nationwide fitness,square dance is popular among the people for its unique characteristics of spontaneity,popularization,fitness,heart,brain and fitness,and constructs a new ecology of nationwide fitness.However,the growth of square dance groups has also brought new social conflicts and conflicts.As the protagonist,"dama" has been successively endowed with a variety of negative labels,such as "noise pollution,anti-aesthetics,deviating from identity and stimulating conflicts".This movement,which is favored by the middle and old people,has always triggered a protracted discussion from its birth to the process sweeping the country.Based on this background,I am in shijiazhuang city,hebei province has chosen three representatives to participate in the square dance,the background of life and emotional appeals to them for further analysis,makes every effort to present a square dance in the people to keep fit,adjust the mentality,to improve the positive role of amateur life,revealing the square dance of little-known cultural implications behind them,transform the social stereotypes to square dance group to square dance name,thus resolving the conflict between social groups,each group,to promote the benign development of the square dance.Under the national fitness strategy,we strive to better play the positive role of square dancing,attract more people to join the movement,and guide the pioneering development of the national fitness strategy.
