With the vigorous development of Chinese economy in recent years,its international status has been greatly improved in the world,and Chinese has been more and more recognized and valued internationally.Especially in president Xi's strategic concept of "Belt and Road",which is based on language exchange,the "Chinese craze" heats up again.The number of people learning Chinese continues to increase at home and abroad.As for teachers,language is a professional tool and the quality of teaching activities are affected by teachers' discourse directly.As we all know,classroom questioning is the key of classroom interaction,especially in the second language classroom teaching.As the most commonly used way of interactive communication between teachers and students,it can not only enliven the classroom atmosphere and improve students' participation,but also affect the way of thinking and learning effect of students.Classroom questioning is also an important way for students to express and output their spoken language.Therefore,effective classroom questioning have laid a solid foundation for the successful development of Chinese classroom teaching and the achievement of good teaching results.In addition,as a new force in the development of international Chinese language education,novice teachers have a high level of professionalism and classroom teaching skills are directly related to the development of international Chinese education.Therefore,this work takes the novice Chinese teachers as the research object and discusses how the novice Chinese teachers carry out the classroom questioning efficiently.Starting from the two aspects of theory and practice,through the forms of classroom observation,recording,questionnaires,interviews and other forms,combined with my own practical teaching experience as a novice Chinese teacher in Tianjin University,This paper selects six novice teachers to track?investigate? analyze and study the situation of Chinese classroom questioning.Proceeding from the five aspects of question type?question form?question allocation?waiting time and feedback,this paper focuses on the problems in the classroom questioning of novice Chinese teachers,and puts forward corresponding strategies and techniques.
