As a practical piece of furniture in traditional Chinese architectural space,the screen not only affects people's way of life,maintaining the etiquette of our traditional culture,but also represents the traditional Chinese aesthetic concept.Screens range from practical to ornamental,from a symbol of the identity of the emperor to a spiritual window for the literati and scribes;from embroidery patterns to landscape screens.......In the course of many years of historical development,the form and function of the screen is constantly changing.The Song Dynasty was an important turning point in the history of furniture development in China,when high-footed furniture into the lives of the people,at the same time,the Song Dynasty was also the golden stage of the development of landscape painting,landscape painting and the combination of the ancient furniture screen,making the landscape screen became one of the most popular screen of the Song people.Although landscape screens first appeared in the Wei and Jin dynasties,they formed a unique form of beauty in the Song Dynasty,so this article aims to summarize the Song people's unique habits and aesthetic orientation in the use of landscape screens and the choice of content style for landscape screen painting.This article is divided into six chapters,using the paintings depicting landscape screen images in the Complete Collection of Song Paintings as the main basis,and summarizes the Song people's usage habits and aesthetic orientation towards landscape screens by summarizing the form,placement,function and style of landscape screens during the two Song periods,and then plays a certain supporting role in the identification of calligraphy and painting.
