Historical romances,as an important part of the novels in the Ming and Qing dynasties,occupy an important position in the history of Chinese literature,and even once displaced history in the folk dissemination.Among the many historical romances,the historical romances with the background of the two Song dynasties are special.Among them,the characteristics of the narrative of the emperor are the most different.Based on the definition of narrative,this article uses the narrative content,narrative proportion,role model and emotional tendency as With reference to it,the narrative characteristics of the two Song emperors in the novel are summarized and summarized,that is,the weakening and blurring of the two Song emperors in the novel.The reasons for these characteristics are discussed from the perspectives of historical reality,ideological environment and changes,and literary development.The narrative characteristics of the emperors of the Song Dynasty also influenced the literature of later generations.On the one hand,one of the embodiment of the emperor's fictionalization and weakening is the separation of "loyalty to the emperor" and "patriotism",which further sublimates the patriotic feelings of the two song dynasties.On the other hand,the praise of the spirit of the generals indirectlypromotes the spirit of "loyalty",which is a major limitation in the spiritual aspects of the historical romances of the two song dynasties.This narrative feature not only affects later generations' understanding of the two Songs,but is also a double-edged sword for the development of literature.Exploring the above content can help modern people change the wrong impression of Emperor Song of the Song Dynasty.This article consists of four chapters:The first chapter of the thesis expounds the concept of emperor narrative from the perspective of narrative,divides the scope of historical romances with the background of the two Songs,and introduces the content.Taking the emperor as the main research object,the emperor's narrative content and emotional tendency are discussed separately.The second chapter of the thesis explores the characteristics of the narratives of the two Song emperors in historical novels of the Ming and Qing dynasties: it focuses on the differences between the emperor's narrative in literature and history;in the role model,the "monarch" narrative is solidified;"Emperor" narrative;and "weakening" and ideological contradictions in the narrative style of the emperor;and even the recognition of the emperor in historical romances in the background of the two Song dynasties.The third chapter of the dissertation delves into the reasons for the above characteristics.From the similar historical environment and eventsof Song and Ming Dynasties,the political and cultural thoughts of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and the law of literary development,the narrative characteristics of the two Song emperors in the historical romance of the Ming and Qing Dynasties were studied.The fourth chapter of the thesis analyzes the influence of the narrative of the two Song emperors in historical novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties.Literary genre changes.Ideologically,the characteristics of the Emperors of the Song Dynasty in the historical romances of the Ming and Qing dynasties raised the germination of patriotism and democratic thought.But in the process of weakening the emperor and praising the general's spirit,the idea of "fool loyalty" penetrated the readers.In literary development,the weakened narrative of the emperor provided space for other role models,put the historical romance of the Song Dynasty on the path of heroic legend,and indirectly extended the vitality of the literature of the Song Dynasty.However,the weakened emperor's narrative made the reading of other role models lower,which eventually produced readers' low enthusiasm for literary works with background themes in the Song Dynasty.
