The Enlightenment Of Wang Shimin's Pen And Ink And Composition Characteristics To Landscape Creation

By copying and learning wang shimin's landscape painting works and consulting a large number of materials,I have learned wang shimin's unique pen and ink and composition characteristics,and realized wang shimin's inheritance of "copy" and "new" landscape painting.This paper discusses the historical background and landscape painting style of wang shimin.Through three years of postgraduate study and practice,wang shimin's brushwork and composition characteristics in different periods are fully applied to his own works.At last,this paper expounds my understanding of the development of contemporary art.On the one hand,I fully learned the traditional landscape techniques,on the other hand,I used the traditional landscape techniques to show the works in line with the theme of The Times.Finally,I expounded my new understanding and thinking on "copying the ancient" and "seeking the new".
